Prosperous Beef Noodle

"The Chili Sauce Tendon and Brisket Noodle (mild spicy) was tasty. It did have a unique flavour that might not be the top for me but on the other side, the beef tendon was one of the best ones I've had so far in HK. The Beef Brisket Rice were okay, they could have been more flavourful. The garlic flavoured caramelized onions were a good touch. Overall a 7/10 on taste for both dishes. The fries chicken was a good side dish - not dry and nicely spiced, would give 8.5/10. Plus, the service was quite fast and the staff were very kind!!"

"I tried the Spicy Noodle Soup with Beef Brisket and Tendons - it was good, but the portion was really big for me. I ordered Salt Fried Chicken on the side and it was outstanding! Highly recommended. The staff were attentive and welcoming as well."

"I ordered a traditional beef noodle. The beef was very tender and tasty, soup and noodles were both good, not much MSG aftertaste. Ordered a hot lemon tea for only three dollars extra. The atmosphere was a typical mom and pop local restaurant feel, which is fine. I guess it was run by a mother and her daughters. My only suggestion is that the soup should be a hotter when it was served. Would definitely recommend it to others and I will come back again to support small businesses."

"I'm half Taiwanese and I miss Taiwanese food so I get takeout from here often. For this price point in HK, the food is decent and authentic."
